Through out the year being in Model UN class, I began to learn things that goes on around the world and other country that i never knew about. Issues and violence that goes on around the world and yet no one has yet has taken action to stop it. Before taken Model UN i didn't really pay much attention as to what happens outside of my everyday life, but as i began to take the class i start to notice things that i never knew was going on. All of this was happening while everyone is just sitting around clueless about it. so many peoples and even little kids suffer everyday in their country, they have to go through so much and yet no one is willing to take the time to pay attention to it.
Model UN can be used as an everyday thing just by watching the news, or maybe even listening to the radio or by reading the newspaper. So much is going on and happening everyday people just have to take the time to notice it. Violence and current issues are happening every second. While you are just sitting there on the phone,texting,or on the computer chatting there is probably someone getting beaten, hurt, injured, or maybe even killed. One person can make a difference if they are willing to put their effort out there.
